I am still waiting for a response from travelgenio from my review. They answered saying I would receive a response in the next couple of hours? I am still waiting, it’s been 10 hours and haven’t received anything?

It took so long to reach the Customer Service. They basically just send you all over the place and never got any answer. When you finally reached the CS, so they couldnt help you anyway. NEVER ever again.

My father and I missed our flight from Townsville to New Zealand on the 19th of July 2022 because we were told that our flights were cancelled when we were checking in. I contacted TRAVELGENIO you guys while at the airport and I was re issued my e-ticket and then showed the quantas company and they said that they still don't have my name in the system. So my father and I missed a family funeral today 20th July 2022 because of you guys. I paid $1332. 40 Sunday 17th July 2022 and missed my first flight. Understandable about that. This was the 18th July 2022. My father and I had to follow up a few papers and I had to change flights while this was happening and I paid an extra $752 for the flights to be changed to the 19th July 2022 to only get denied by the quantas airline again on the 19th July 2022. Telling my father and I that we can get on the flight because it has been cancelled. This trip wasn't a holiday, this trip was a family funeral today on the 20th july 2022. Not 1 person has/had any sympathy for my father and I. We paid $2084.40 to fly back to our homeland New Zealand to be with family. So now this company does not want to refund the money. I have made over 20phone call and kept getting cut off. People do not understand why us people doing the right get frustrated and the adrenalin that we get kicks in. No one is perfect and no one owns up to mistakes and that the world we live in. Thats why it makes us angry trying to get answers when no one want to speak. The world wouldn't be so angry if you travelgenio scammers would do the right thing. Im not a millionaire who can wave $2000 dollars, we are 2 people who are very sad today because we aint with family giving loce to each at my uncles funeral. SO After making over 20 calls to be told different story's or hung up on and I've spoken to quantas who's been helping me as much as possible to get this sorted as the agency TRAVELGENIO neededs to contact the Agency connet of quantas. For the refund. as a customers quantas would not give me the number as TRAVELGENIO has the number and they can contact them in process of the refund.BUT NO TRAVELGENIO WANTS NOTHING TO DO TO HELP MY FATHER AND I. NO TRAVELGENIO HAS NO HEART FOR MY FATHER AND I. NO TRAVELGENIO DOES NOT GIVES A SH@@ BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! NO TRAVELGENIO DOES NOT CARE THAT MY FATHER AND I GOT DENIED FROM THE QUANTAS AIRLINE BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE, NO TRAVELGENIO DOES NOTCARE THAT WE DIDNT MAKE MY UNCLES FUNERAL20 JULY 2022 ♥️ TODAY!!!!! terrible service, terrible emails that lost it over 4000$

I demand full refund to our flight ticket.

i wish i can give zero star they re number one scammers.stay away. if possible get ticked by directly on airlines website .

Hi Travelgenio.
We have been stranded in Crete due to the SAS strike.
We have repeatedly tried to cancel the new flight we were offered as compensation. It has been very difficult to get through to you and we do not receive any confirmation that we have canceled our offered flight. Even though we are told we have done what we should, there is no confirmation email as you promised us.
How do we get clarity on this challenge.

Omg!! Stay away!! They are not helping, rude on the phone, service are despicable and its takes forever to make them do anything!! Stay away from ordering through them. Instead of helping, I had to make several phone to airline companies, spending hundrets of Euro to get answeres. Still they have no idea what they are supposed to do to give me a new flight home since my flight was cancelled. Allmost a week since me and my daughter was supposed to ho home, we are still strandet.
Furthermore I ordered 2 pieces of luggage for our trip, when I came to the airport I had to pay for my luggage, bacause TravelGenio didnt make the order to Finnair to take my luggage. Even thought it said so on my tickets. So they charged me for luggage, but didnt make the order to Finnair. I opened a case weeks ago, but havent heard anything on refunding my extra cost.
So. Stay away.

I took out insurance for flight tickets only to be told that my excuse was not good enough, they booked me on a flight to Brisbane and gave my 90 minutes to get to my connecting flight to PNG. Qantas flights are delayed every single day, there is no way I would have made my connecting flight, now even with insurance they will not refund me. The worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE.

The plane ticket I purchased is a round-trip ticket from Seoul, Korea, and arriving in Osaka, Japan.

The flight departs from Korea to Japan on July 24, 2022.
It is a flight departing from Japan to Korea on 07.27.

I understand that you can get a refund only two days before boarding the plane. I applied for a refund on your site, but it was rejected, and I sent a lot of emails, but I didn't read them, so I feel very uncomfortable.

There is not much time left, so please process it quickly.

Can you send me the related information that the cancellation has been completed through my email?

I booked a return flight from LGW to GYD on Azerbaijan Airlines (booking reference RYOTNY, travel dates 02/07/20-07/07/20) and my flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. Despite repeatedly contacting Travelgenio for a refund, I have still received nothing. I'm down by over £500 and that's just the cost of my flight, I have also spent a lot of money attempting to contact Travelgenio's Spanish customer service number, which doesn't appear to be fit for purpose as it's extremely difficult to get through. All in all, a horrible experience and I'd implore everyone not to book with this company!

Can someone from Travelgenio contact me please. Youve sent me an email saying my flight has been changed and I should contact you or I will loose all my money. but you've not given me a way to contact you? I've been on virgin website and only one of my flights is listed. I've paid for for a return journey. There is no way to get in direct contact with you on your website.

Please could you contact me urgently .
